Stuart Helo is a licensed architect and realtor experienced in both public and private development projects and has become an expert in the delivery of Public-Private Partnerships (P3). He has been responsible for all aspects of development including real estate acquisition, planning, financing, design, construction and oversight involving large, mixed-use projects, commercial/retail developments, traditional neighborhood developments, and industrial developments.
Mr. Helo also has a background in construction management and design/construction technology. He serves as CSRS’ Sector Lead for BIM/VDC (Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design & Construction) orchestrating the implementation of BIM technologies across the firm.Contact
