CSRS was responsible for working with all of the project stakeholders to prepare and submit the grant application to EDA and coordinate with EDA on the grant application RFI process to secure a successful grant award. CSRS’ Recovery and Resilience group will support TPCG throughout the entire grant process, providing grants and project management to support EDA's grant program requirements.
