Port of Victoria Grant Administration

CSRS was retained by the Port of Victoria to provide preliminary engineering, grant writing, and administration for grant submissions to Economic Development Administration (EDA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These efforts involved collaboration and outreach with beneficiaries of the project as well as coordination with the Port and local agencies such as the Golden Crescent Regional Planning and Development Organization. Both applications were awarded to the Port of Victoria to support their strategic initiatives.

• $3M EDA award to support a $6M expansion of their rail yard by creating a rail loop and ladder tracks to enable future port tenant development.

• $339K DHS award to support enhanced security measures and integration with the Port command center.
