Swexan Hotel

As a sub-contractor to the interior designer/architecture team, HDF, LLC, and +One Design Group, CSRS was tasked to produce the interior architecture construction documents for a portion of the Swexan's design developed in later stages of the design/construction document process. The CSRS team managed the Revit model and the plans, details, and schedules it produced.

Designs developed in the later stages of a design/construction document process involve changes to the project that have become considerably complex as other disciplines incorporate them. As trained architects producing interior design drawings, our team was instrumental in identifying areas of the design that conflicted with our discipline and others. We collaborated with the entire project team to ensure the construction detailing produced had all appropriate constructability and coordination factors considered. With correspondence through sketches and concise phrasing, the CSRS team was instrumental in quickly and easily communicating clearly and ensuring the efficient utilization of all documents produced. As a result, our team successfully reached every deadline established.
