Vice President and General Counsel, Domoine Rutledge, manages all corporate legal matters, and serves as the Market Sector Leader for Education.
Most recently serving as General Counsel of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and chief legal advisor to the school board, Domoine successfully served 6 different superintendents, earning a reputation for a willingness and ability to work collaboratively with those of all political and professional backgrounds.

His professional experience also encompasses local, state and federal government, including serving as Senior Legislative Assistant and Communications Director to US Representative Cleo Fields and serving as an Assistant District Attorney in East Baton Rouge Parish.
A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Domoine is a 1987 graduate of Baker High School, a 1992 graduate of Southern University and a 1997 graduate of the Southern University Law Center. He is married to Dr. Sharmayne Raby and they are the proud parents of two sons, Darren and Dillon.
