Ed Jenkins is a Principal at CSRS serving as our Texas Regional Director in the CSRS Dallas Office. He is also the Program Director for Dallas College System-Wide Technology Upgrades and the new North Lake College Construction Sciences Building.
Mr. Jenkins holds over 22 years of project management experience alone. Across his career, Jenkins has managed hundreds of projects through each phase of design, including construction contract administration, closeout and the warranty phase. His experience also includes facility assessments, design management, master planning, detailed plan reviews for quality control, and community engagement.
Prior to his employment at CSRS, Mr. Jenkins served as a Project Manager at SHW Group for K-12 projects and later as a Construction Administrator for RTKL Architects on residential, hospitality and retail projects in Dallas, Texas. Clients served at SHW Group included Duncanville ISD, Lewisville ISD, McKinney ISD, Highland Park ISD and The Potter’s House Clay Academy. His time at RTKL included construction administration for Calloway Gardens in Georgia, Hyatt (Hyatt Hill Country)in San Antonio and Sugarland Mall in Houston.
Since 2006, Mr. Jenkins’ roles at CSRS have included Program Director and Design Manager for the Louisiana Community & Technical College Act 391 and Act 360, consisting of over $400M in capital improvements. He also served as Program Director for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System’s Capital Improvement Program and its $100+M FEMA-funded recovery program following Louisiana’s devastating August 2016 floods. He later served as the Director of Program Delivery for Education Facilities Programs at CSRS.
